This is a super simple recipe for energy bars I concocted when i was tired of buying bars from the stores. I had some granola on hand, but again I personally don’t prefer the crunchy texture that granola has, so decided to powder it. The result was pretty amazing and my family loved the bars. This recipe is so easy to put together that even kids can make it, as there is no cooking involved. Well, kids these days are awesome chefs and can cook with all kinds of appliances which is a different story. Kudos to these little chefs.
Coming back to the bars these can be stored at room temperature for upto a week and in the refrigerator after that. Very convenient as an after school snack or whenever hunger strikes. It is a very clean bar as there is minimal ingredients without refined sugar.

The famous proverb "you are what you eat” as quoted by the French author Anthelme Brillat-Savarin is very true. Food nourishes you from the inside out. Good health is of utmost importance to me.
